The key to positive thinking is much more than just positive affirmations. Using affirmations when manifesting is essential. However, it’s important not to rely on positive affirmations alone. There are many ways to engage in positive thinking. You don’t have to walk around wearing rose-colored glasses. That’s not what positive thinking is about; it’s so much more than that.
The Key to Positive Thinking
Positive Affirmations
Positive affirmations are powerful. Starting your day with a positive affirmation to have a great day, an abundant day, a generous day, you will soon see that these affirmations will come to life.
When you use a positive affirmation, it’s important to mean what you say. Don’t do it like you are brushing your teeth, and it’s just simply a chore. Mean it when you say it. Don’t be afraid to experiment with different affirmations. Make it about someone else too. Share your abundant thoughts and watch how quickly they return to you.
Try affirmations at different times during the day too. Set aside time for a lunchtime affirmation and an evening affirmation.
Positive Visualization
Manifesting is not only done through positive affirmations, but you can achieve them through positive visualization. What is meant by positive visualization? It’s surrounding yourself with a clear and uncluttered space so positive things can find their way to you.
It’s also about having a vision board in plain sight where you can see it, and it’s also about making an intentional effort to look at it and read it. When you create your vision board, make sure you have statements about the things you want to see in your life. Don’t make it all pictures; put some words up there too.
Use statements on your vision board like I will make six figures with my coaching business by the end of (and then pick a date). When you mix visualization with positive affirmation, you have twice the power to manifest a life you love.
Positive Speech
The last piece of the puzzle for positive thinking is positive speech. Have you ever noticed how your words can be unkind when in a bad mood? Whatever thought you think is the word that will follow.
However, when you want to bring positive things into your life through manifesting, you can start with positive thoughts followed by positive words. The beauty of positive speech is it can have an impact both ways. You can use positive words to foster more positive thinking, and you can use positive thoughts and then create positive statements to follow suit.
Positive Journaling
Don’t forget the last key to the puzzle when it comes to positive affirmations if you have a negative experience, journal about it and then see how you can find a positive side to the whole situation, even if it’s just the simple fact that you learned a lesson.
With these tips, you’ll be on your way to positive manifesting.
